As a teenager, Bob Linnegar took a job as an usher at Empire Stadium, the original home of Vancouver’s BC Lions. He regaled me with stories of the Canadian Football League in the 1950’s and 60’s. the great teams, the less than ideal field conditions and what it was like to watch the greats like Angelo Mosca, Willie Fleming and Russ Jackson up close!
